  • Shipping Fees: For orders below CAD $35, shipping costs will be at a flat rate of $12.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days from the date of processing. Please note that remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times.
  • Express Shipping: Currently, we do not offer express shipping options.

  • Carrier: We use UPS or Canada Post for all standard shipping services.
  • PO Box Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Order Cancellation
