Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will send a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us unless otherwise arranged.
- If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
